Environmental and Social Impact Coordinator - INTERNAL ONLY

Location: Home/Plymouth
Part Time (0.6 – 0.8)

Working hours: 22.2 to 29.6 hours (3 or 4 days) considered
Salary: £26,000 FTE

We have an exciting new opportunity for an Environmental and Social Impact Coordinator within CSW Group.
We are looking for a member of the team who is passionate about delivery and ongoing improvement with a focus on People and the Environment.

This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic, collaborative team within a role focussed on supporting the progression of the Company Environmental Strategy and People Strategy whilst we work toward a carbon neutral/net zero position and continue to develop and improve employee engagement, welfare and wellbeing within the workplace, social engagement and social inclusion.
You would need a flexible and adaptable approach to support and develop programs of implementation, monitoring, compliance and continuous improvement.

Experience and ability of working collaboratively both internally and with external providers or advisers within focussed project work would be beneficial.

You would need to have an aptitude for communicating with a wide range of people through a variety of channels and have a solution focussed approach, with experience and proficiency in the use of ICT including via social media.
