The turnaround since Jack has started on the COMPASS project with Whitehead Ross Education and Consulting has been amazing. He was really in a difficult place when he first came onto the programme, he had almost forgotten what education was like. He has truly embraced all that COMPASS has to offer and the support that goes with it.

He is now steadily progressing through both English & Maths Basic Skills (City & Guilds) so far having completed Entry Level 2 moving on through to Level 2. He is showing a driven attitude towards the qualifications. He takes onboard all support that is shown. He communicates and listens well. He can express himself well. He is a very polite, respectful & cheerful individual who says often how different he was before COMPASS came along to save him.

He is now thinking about the different options open to him and has been discussing employment and more studying at college to become an electrician, with thoughts also that an Apprenticeship might be an option. He would like to follow his Father into the family business and communicates how wants to make the most out of his life.
