Independent and loving life!

Morgan has made huge progress thanks to Cornwall Neighbourhoods for Change on the COMPASS project, from making new friends, wild swimming for mental well-being, to having his first ever work experience placement at a local cattery. Morgan has progressed onto work experience at Lowena Farm and now has a placement at Boscawen which was found by COMPASS partner Cornwall Neighbourhoods for Change and fits Morgan’s ambitions and passions of animal care perfectly.

As if this wasn’t enough Morgan is also a creative writing genius – and has achieved his level 3 creative writing with flying colours.

Morgan has also recently began attending a local game club and has ambitions of setting one up at his own college.

Morgan is loving his time at Boscawen as you can see in the video and is grateful for the experiences he has had with COMPASS. Morgan has increased his independence and attends on his own.  Finding some independence is something Morgan dreamed of and being on COMPASS has given him the confidence to do this this.

Morgan is such a bright young man with an incredibly colourful future ahead of him! Morgan is looking forward to the future and there is already talk of him having an internship once his placement is complete. Opportunities for Morgan have really opened up since being on the COMPASS project and we wish Morgan well for his onward journey.

We are incredibly proud of him.
