“We are very excited for the launch of the SMART SKILLS HUB.  The offer across the partnership is a fantastic opportunity to support Devon-based SMEs in identifying skills gaps in their existing workforce.

Petroc has a core offer of ESF funded short courses available in Leadership & Management modules, which can also be designed specifically around certain industries or sectors. We are also developing a suite of non-regulated short courses to support the growth of the micro food industry across Devon.

This will be a great opportunity to build stronger links with food manufacturers in Devon to support the delivery and growth of South West Institute of Technology (SWiOT) FdSc Food Manufacturing Programme.

In addition, we look forward to working other local businesses and developing more bespoke packages to ensure they are more resilient during this economic crisis and beyond.”
