An Introduction to CMI Level 3 Award Leadership and Management: Principles of Customer Service

This workshop is non-regulated and will give you a taste of one of our Leadership and Management courses. Customer service is critical to the success any business in this session. Learners will discuss what makes good customer service and the impact of poor customer service on a business.
