The Health Works Cornwall project has received investment from the European Social Fund (ESF). CSW group is delighted to be a partner for Cornwall Development Company working within the Atlantic and Moor area of Cornwall which covers areas such Newquay, Launceston, Bodmin, Bude and the surrounding areas.
Our talented advisers can support those who are over the age of 16 with a health condition of any kind. The Health Works Team will identify strengths and areas of specific need through holistic assessments and regular 1:1 meetings to fully understand the needs of the individual.
Using our expertise of building and developing self-confidence, interpersonal and employability skills advisers will provide participants with tailored advice and guidance to navigate the challenges that people face when returning to work or positively progressing within their lives. Every journey will be different as the participants will lead the way to ensure they get the right support at the right time for them.

Our team has a combined expertise with CSW Group of 34years with varying strengths to help support individuals. Our advisers have level 6 qualifications in Careers Education Information and Guidance and we are all trained in Mental Health First. Our amazing team have a range of skills supporting individuals with disabilities, complex needs and personal barriers. We look at each person as an individual and have good knowledge of what challenges people may face whilst on their journey to returning to the world of work. The knowledge helps us to identify coping mechanism and strategies to overcome these issues.
Within our team we have a wealth of knowledge working within the Atlantic & Moor area which enable us to make the most of opportunities, organisations and services available ensuring the best support for our participants.
