Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

CSW group Ltd support the implementation of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. The Act consolidates slavery and trafficking offences, a crime against human rights, introducing tougher penalties and sentencing rules and provides more support for victims.

CSW partners, contractors, suppliers and staff fall within scope of this legislation and must be aware of and comply with the requirements of the Act. CSW supports them to eliminate modern slavery and human trafficking; collaboratively working towards a safer environment for everyone, ensuring there is no Modern Slavery in our business or supply chains.

Modern slavery includes:

o Forced labour;

o Debt bondage;

o Sexual exploitation;

o Criminal exploitation;

o Domestic servitude;

We actively support ethical sustainability and incorporate checks into our procurement processes to ensure the potential for modern slavery and human trafficking are duly considered. We then continually work with partners and supply chains to build greater transparency and awareness; promoting good practice and reviewing all activities.
