People Services Manager

With a progressive attitude and desire to develop towards our future, we have an opportunity available to join the company as the People Services Manager at a Senior Leadership Level.
You would have leadership responsibility across all People Functions of the business inclusive of HR, Safety, Employee Relations, Health and Wellbeing and Employee Learning & Development.
Reporting to the Managing Director you will be working collaboratively with an outstanding team, and will have the opportunity to lead, shape and develop a great People Service to our team working across the South West.
You will have impressive experience working in a Senior HR, ER, H&S and L&D role, and will be resilient and agile with a level of self and professional confidence that enables you to operate effectively in all business environments and situations.
You will know how to motivate and lead across a team of talented professionals and you’ll have the skills to support the operational service provision of the business to ensure the Company remains highly credible.
