Location: Plymouth
Full-time: 37 hours
Salary: £18,250

Are you talented, enthusiastic and driven? Can you support colleagues and contribute to our shared goal in a positive way? If the answer is yes, then we are looking for someone like you to join our team.

Would you like to join a team that is passionate about helping young people to realise their ambitions and achieve their goals?

At CSW we value our team and encourage them to develop their skills and enjoy work, knowing that they are making a real and positive contribution to society. We are seeking an enthusiastic new team member who wants to deliver high quality services to young people who may be struggling to find their next steps towards a successful future. You will assist with telling our story, promoting our brand, and sharing the good work we do in transforming the lives of our customers and communities.

We have a fully paid Intern placement for 6 months and 12 months for someone looking to take their first steps into a career that has a positive impact for young people. You would be providing a welcoming response to those making contact with CSW and developing relationships with colleagues across the company to offer the best level of support. The placement will enable you to gain experience of working within a team, working with databases and IT systems, contacting young people, their parents/carers or others via phone and email, recording outcomes alongside work shadowing across contracts and teams to learn about other roles within the business and access progression opportunities within CSW at the end of the placement.

This will give you an extensive range of experience for you to further develop your career.

At CSW we value our team and encourage them to develop their skills and enjoy work knowing that they are making a real and positive contribution to society.

We offer a great package that includes:

  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata across intern period)
  • 3 additional company ‘thanks holidays’ (normally around Christmas time) for all staff
