Do you have experience of working with young people and are looking to progress your career?
Would you like to join a team that is passionate about helping people to realise their ambitions and achieve their goals?
At CSW we value our team and encourage them to develop their skills and enjoy work knowing that they are making a real and positive contribution to society.
As this role involves having a strong presence within the communities you serve it is preferable that you live within or near to this area.
We offer a great package that includes:
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• 3 additional company ‘thanks holidays’ (normally around Christmas time)
• Birthday leave
• Healthcare Scheme
• Generous Company Contributed Pension Scheme
• Cycle to work scheme
• A paid charity/volunteering day
• Opportunities to obtain professional qualifications as well as progression options within the company
We are seeking enthusiastic team members who want to deliver high quality services to young people who might be struggling to find their next steps for a successful future.
If you already have the Level 4 Advice and Guidance or equivalent qualification that’s great, but if not, we know that experience is important so we would like to hear from you. You would need to be willing to work towards a relevant qualification that CSW will pay for and give you study time allowance to complete.
If you would like an informal chat about the role, please contact David Roe on 07876 745660.

Details will be made available in alternative formats upon request.
