Client Relations Advisers - part time temporary

Location: Plymouth

Part Time & Full Time opportunities available (please state preference on your application)

Part time hours available – twilight hours – 2.00/3.00 pm – 6.00/7.00 pm three or five evenings per week.

Saturday day time shifts also available throughout November.

Full-time 37 hours per week (between 10.00 am and 6.00 pm or 11.00 am and 7.00 pm according to business need)

Starting salary: £18,112.50 (pro rata for part time)

Following successful recent recruitment, we are continuing to expand our team.

This is an opportunity for you to be part of a dynamic team undertaking key follow up activities with young people, parents and partners.  The role is varied but will include caseload support by telephone, follow up and monitoring of outcomes as well as being first line support to incoming calls to CSW.  The role will include the need to make an initial assessment of need and to liaise closely with colleagues within CSW to ensure a seamless level of support for young people.

As this role continues to develop you will need to show an aptitude for communicating with a wide range of people through a range of channels demonstrating a solution focussed approach.

Possessing excellent ICT skills, you will be meticulous in recording data and prepared to work occasional Saturdays

CSW Group are the largest single provider of information, advice and guidance services across the South West region and operate a range of contracts supporting young people to make successful transitions at key points of their lives.  This work includes careers guidance services in schools and the community, supporting young people with a range of individual needs including SEND, mental health and those involved in the Youth Justice system, as well as working with those not in education or employment (NEETs) to re-engage them in positive outcomes.
