Engagement Advisers

Have you got the skills to make a real difference to unemployed young people? Do you want to help them to reach their potential? We are looking for individuals who can engage with young people either in education settings or, for those aged 16-19, in their own communities as well as providing additional support by telephone and on-line channels.

Contract Manager

Can you lead a team of Key Workers who are changing the lives of young people out of work and education through our #Focus5 project?

You will be required to lead, motivate and performance manage a team of Key Workers and support staff who are re-engaging young people not in work, education or training, manage a budget within Company, European Social Fund and The National Lottery Community Fund guidelines, and ensure full contract compliance to our Funders regulations.

Key Worker #Focus5

The #Focus5 project aims to support and engage unemployed or economically inactive young people aged 15-18 years who would benefit from additional support to enable them to move towards education, employment or training. #Focus5 provides unique, flexible one-to-one support that is built around the individual.

It is therefore essential you have experience working in this type of role. It is also desirable that you have a Level 4 Diploma in Careers Information and Advice or equivalent.
