We are all facing the same difficult period, the likes of which we have not seen before. As a business, CSW is doing what it can to continue providing great services to its customers.
Whilst we cannot offer a true business as usual strategy, all our staff are equipped with the digital tools to work with their customers remotely. We will be offering 1-1 online sessions for young people in our schools, sharing useful articles and resources via our website and social media channels and following up with customers via phone, email or webchat. Whilst we are unable to visit schools with our STEM and ASK programmes, we can discuss various options with our local schools, providing them with resources to send home and share. We have a YouTube channel with our 1-minute videos, supporting businesses with training needs.
Our Admin and Finance teams are fully operational from home and available to answer questions and make payments where required.
