Location: Plymouth, 37 hours per week
CSW Group has an exciting opportunity to join the Finance and Support Services team. This post will provide day-to-day Finance, Payroll and HR admin support.
The post holder will be responsible for:
- Being the first point of contact for Finance and Payroll queries;
- Maintaining Finance records
- Inputting Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable invoices to the finance system
- Processing the weekly payment runs
- Assisting with the Bank Reconciliation
- For providing general support to the HR department;
- For supporting HR procedures and processes;
- For maintaining the HR records and systems of the company;
- For administering HR associated documentation, such as offer letters and contracts of employment
Applications should have experience of working within a busy Finance department and would suit someone with AAT Level 2 or equivalent, looking to progress to AAT Level 3. Training and support will be available for AAT Level 3 if required.
The salary for this role will be up to £20,700 per annum, dependent upon the skills and experience of the successful candidate.
