CSW Enterprise works in partnership with schools, colleges and businesses to support young people to access opportunities to develop the workforce of tomorrow.

We have received funding from the Careers and Enterprise Company to run a supported work experience programme for students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) at schools across Devon and Somerset.

We are currently looking to recruit self-employed Job Coaches to support students with SEND, their parent/carers and their schools to ensure they are able to fully engage in an appropriate work experience placement.

Key Worker #Focus5

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, flexible and passionate Key Worker to join our team to support the company in delivering an exciting project called #Focus5 which is funded by the European Social Fund and the National Lottery through the Big Lottery Fund. The project aims to support and engage socially excluded young people aged 15-18 years who are unemployed or economically inactive to move towards employment, education or training.
